Please read all terms of service before commissioning me
TERMS OF SERVICE
If you have a problem with any of these terms, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece.
1. General terms
All drawings may or will include a subtle watermark that you may not remove
Please don`t send me empty messages like "Hi/Hello/How are you/etc". I do not reply on it. Your message must have an information
I may not reply to messages even when I'm online. Everyone has moral exhaustion, including me. But don't worry, I will write to you
I don't take orders on a first come, first served basis. I do each step by step. Follow my Notion for updates
I have the right to draw my personal projects during orders
I might record the drawing process and post it on my youtube. From your agreement ofcourse
Prices are subject to change based on demand. An already accepted order will not change in price!
I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason
If you have no idea for art, you can give me freedom and I`ll draw art which based on personality of the character
For regular customers (from 3 orders) I give a 15% discount on any future order
2. Copyright / Usage policy
**I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to: **
- Promote myself with it everywhere
- Publish books with it (artbooks, etc.)
- Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)
- Post it wherever I wantThe buyer is allowed to:
- Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)
- Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself
- Use the artwork to promote themselves. You are not forced to give me credit when you post it but it is very appreciated
- Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings
3. Refund / Cancellation policy
- The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission
If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund
- If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself
- If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again
4. Payment
Currency accepted is either USD on Boosty / Hypolink via PayPal, bank card or RUB on Sberbank
Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval
Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment
I DO NOT refund payment if you do not like the final work. I always try to send you a process of work, so feel free to say something about art
5. Process and delivery
We can discuss your idea before or/and during the work. Sometimes I can offer the client a slightly modified idea to make it look better from an artistic point of view
I start a commission from some drafts to your idea. Then I send it to you to choose from (we can discuss the drafts to choose the best composition). I have the right to use all unused drafts in personal work, yches and commissions as a composition
When we come up with draft I will start a final sketch without colors. The corrections on this stage are free, but if you will want to change something difficult I will take an extra payment for this
While I`m working on your commission I can send you some spoilers of art to be sure that I am make it just for you. The spoilers are always with watermark and low size
The time it takes to finish commission varies 1 week - 3 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, studies and private time. Please don`t rush me
You can ask me to make an order for any celebration (for example, you decided to order a birthday gift for your friend), then I will try to fit your deadline, but PLEASE warn me about this at least 2 months in advance!
If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap
Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution PNG image through Google documents

- pony and some little creatures (birds, snakes, mice, etc)
- couples/ships of any gender
- fanart
- original characters
- anthro
- nature, city landscapes, post-apocalypse, fallout, dark theme
- gore
- eroticaI will NOT do:
- mechas
- motor transport
- NSFW
- human
- hateful art
- imitation of other art styles or artists

General ref include one fullbody, info, cutiemark (if char have it) and palette - 20$

Only simple background- The price may vary depending on what exactly you want in the reference. We can discuss it in pm
- I do NOT add shadows on the references. In my opinion, the ref should be clear and simple for everyone, there is no need to load it with unnecessary design
